1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PickleFlix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC (“LoafPickle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using PickleFlix (the “Site” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PickleFlix. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. PickleFlix uses email authentication and secure social logins (such as Google). You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. User Content & Journal Logging

PickleFlix allows you to log movies and TV shows, create a watch history, assign ratings, write reviews, and maintain watchlists. Your logs, ratings, and reviews are for tracking and social sharing purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you post. LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates community standards or these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automation software (bots), scrapers, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to exploit, modify, or scrape data from the Service.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, or publish defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content in profile summaries or shared reviews.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract source code from the Site.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including but not limited to artwork, designs, code, logos, and brand names, are the exclusive property of LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC. Third-party content (such as movie/TV show posters, titles, and descriptions retrieved via TMDB API) is the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

PickleFlix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of account access, watch statistics, or custom journal lists.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
